ILLUMINATION LIGHT ASSEMBLY(for Front Door) INSPECTION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY LH


    1. B005UDNC03
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Front Door Outside Handle Assembly LH)

      Apply 6.0 V (4 dry cell batteries in series) to the connector and check the illumination conditions.

      Note

      Do not apply more than 6.0 V.

      OK
      Tester Connection Specified Condition

      H8-1 (OLP) - Dry cell battery positive (+)

      H8-3 (GND) - Dry cell battery negative (-)

      		 Illuminates
      If the result is not as specified, replace the front door outside handle assembly LH.

  2. INSPECT FRONT DOOR OUTSIDE HANDLE ASSEMBLY RH


    1. B005UDNC04
      *a

      Component without harness connected

      (Front Door Outside Handle Assembly RH)

      Apply 6.0 V (4 dry cell batteries in series) to the connector and check the illumination conditions.

      Note

      Do not apply more than 6.0 V.

      OK
      Tester Connection Specified Condition

      H26-1 (OLP) - Dry cell battery positive (+)

      H26-3 (GND) - Dry cell battery negative (-)

      		 Illuminates
      If the result is not as specified, replace the front door outside handle assembly RH.
