SUB RADIATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY (for Inverter)


    1. Install the radiator assembly (for Inverter) to the cooler condenser assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

      *1 Outlet Hybrid Radiator Hose
      *2 Inlet Hybrid Radiator Hose
      *a Up

      Connect the outlet hybrid radiator hose and inlet hybrid radiator hose to the radiator assembly (for Inverter) and slide the 2 clips to secure them.

      Note

      To prevent foreign matter from entering the radiator assembly (for Inverter) and inverter cooling system, do not remove the pieces of cloth from the pipe and disconnected hoses until installation.

      Tech Tips

      Make sure that the clip is positioned as shown in the illustration.
