BLOCKING SYSTEM

    1. The blocking system can be used to secure a stolen vehicle as soon as possible. The system consists of a localization function, which reports the present location of the vehicle, and a blocking function, which prevents the vehicle's engine from being started. The combined use of the 2 functions actively contributes to quickly securing the stolen vehicle.

    2. The blocking system service is provided by a service provider which must be contracted by the user. In addition, when contracted with the service provider, the user can select a contract with the blocking function only or with both the blocking function and localization function.

    3. The blocking system is composed of a telephone transceiver assembly with a built-in mayday battery, a Global Positioning System (GPS) antenna and a telephone antenna.
