ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY(for 8GR-FKS) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION OIL PIPE

      Coat the new O-ring with ATF, and install it to the transmission oil pipe.

      B006DHE Install

      Install the transmission oil pipe to the accumulator with solenoid assembly.

      Note

      Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing the transmission oil pipe.

  2. INSTALL ACCUMULATOR WITH SOLENOID ASSEMBLY


    1. B006FGE

      Coat the new O-ring with ATF, and install it to the accumulator with solenoid assembly .

    2. B006GSYC01

      Install the accumulator with solenoid assembly to the automatic transmission case with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

      Note

      Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing the accumulator with solenoid assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Tighten the bolts in the tightening order shown in the illustration.

      Connect the accumulator with solenoid assembly connector.
