EXTENSION HOUSING REAR OIL SEAL INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION EXTENSION HOUSING OIL SEAL

    1. Coat the lip of the oil seal with MP grease.

    2. Using SST and a hammer, carefully tap in a new oil seal in as far as possible.

      SST
      09316-60011   ( 09316-00011, 09316-00051 )
      Oil seal depth from flat end
      5.4 to 5.8 mm (0.213 to 0.228 in.)

  2. INSTALL PROPELLER SHAFT WITH CENTER BEARING ASSEMBLY


    1. TSAM made:

      Install the propeller shaft with center bearing assembly Click here.

    2. TMT made:

      Install the propeller shaft with center bearing assembly Click here.

  3. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID


    1. Add automatic transmission fluid Click here.

  4. INSPECT AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID
