FRONT BUMPER(for Steel Type Bumper) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE

  2. REMOVE FRONT VALANCE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY

      *A for Standard Body
      *B for Wide Body
      *a Bolt
      *b Screw

      Remove the 2 screws and 3 clips.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Detach the clip and remove the front valance panel sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  3. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION LH

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    2. B0068P0C01
      *A for Standard Body
      *B for Wide Body

      Remove the bolt.

    3. B0068OXC01
      *A for Standard Body
      *B for Wide Body

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    4. B0068Y9C01
      *A for Standard Body
      *B for Wide Body
      B0069FO Remove in this Direction

      Detach the guide and remove the front bumper extension LH as shown in the illustration.

  4. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE FRONT CENTER BUMPER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 3 nuts and front center bumper sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  6. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  7. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  8. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

      B0069FO Remove in this Direction

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the front bumper hole cover LH as shown in the illustration.

  9. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  10. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/ Fog Light)

      B0069FO Remove in this Direction

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Detach the claw and remove the fog light cover LH as shown in the illustration.

  11. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/ Fog Light)
