This DTC is stored if the rear television camera assembly judges as a result of its self check that the signals or signal lines between the rear television camera assembly and television camera controller are not normal.

Note


  • Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following procedure.

  • When "!" is displayed on the radio and display receiver assembly after the cable is disconnected from the negative (-) battery terminal, correct the steering angle neutral point.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (TELEVISION CAMERA CONTROLLER - REAR TELEVISION CAMERA ASSEMBLY)


    1. Disconnect the R124 television camera controller connector.

    2. Disconnect the m4 rear television camera assembly connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      R124-9 (CGND) - m4-5 (CGND) Always Below 1 Ω
      R124-9 (CGND) or m4-5 (CGND) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (ACC POWER SUPPLY - BODY GROUND)


    1. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
