MULTI-DISPLAY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work.

  2. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

  3. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PLATE

  4. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

      for 8 inch:


      1. Remove the 2 bolts.

      2. B008I7R

        Move the multi-display assembly with bracket as indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to detach the 2 clips.

      3. B008J7S

        Detach the 3 guides.

      4. B008H3V

        Disconnect the 3 connector.

      5. Detach the clamp and remove the multi-display assembly with bracket.

    2. B008IS1

      for 10.3 inch:


      1. Remove the 2 bolts.

      2. B008I62

        Move the multi-display assembly with bracket as indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration to detach the 2 clips.

      3. B008GYO

        Detach the 3 guides.

      4. B008H39

        Disconnect the 3 connector.

      5. Detach the clamp and remove the multi-display assembly with bracket.

  5. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY CONTROLLER BRACKET A


    1. for 8 inch:


      1. B008I6R

        Remove the 2 screws.

      2. B008I53

        Remove the 2 screws and multi-display controller bracket A.

    2. for 10.3 inch:


      1. B008JNY

        Remove the 2 screws.

      2. B008GTU

        Remove the 2 screws and multi-display controller bracket A.

  6. REMOVE MULTI-DISPLAY ASSEMBLY
