MANIFOLD ABSOLUTE PRESSURE SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 2 TURBO PRESSURE SENSOR

   
   

   1. Connect the vacuum hose to No. 2 turbo pressure sensor and slide the hose clamp to secure it.

   2. Install the No. 2 turbo pressure sensor to the intake manifold with the bolt.

      Torque:

      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      If the No. 2 turbo pressure sensor has been struck or dropped, replace it.

   3. Connect the No. 2 turbo pressure sensor connector.

   4. Connect the vacuum hose to intake manifold and slide the hose clamp to secure it.

   5. Engage the clamp.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 TURBO PRESSURE SENSOR

   
   

   1. Install the No. 1 turbo pressure sensor to the intake manifold with the bolt.

      Torque:

      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }

      Note

      If the No. 1 turbo pressure sensor has been struck or dropped, replace it.

   2. Connect the No. 1 turbo pressure sensor connector.

3. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER
