REAR BUMPER DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PLATE

   
   

   1. w/o Under Guard:

      
      

      1. Detach the claw and remove the rear bumper plate as shown in the illustration.

         

         Remove in this Direction

         -

         -

   2. w/ Under Guard:

      
      

      1. Detach the claw and remove the rear bumper plate as shown in the illustration.

         

         Remove in this Direction

         -

         -

2. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PLATE LH

   
   

   1. 

      Remove in this Direction

      Detach the claw and clip and remove the rear bumper plate LH as shown in the illustration.

3. REMOVE REAR BUMPER PLATE RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

4. REMOVE REAR BUMPER BAR LH

   
   

   1. w/o Under Guard:

      
      

      1. 

         Remove the 5 bolts and rear bumper bar LH.

   2. w/ Under Guard:

      
      

      1. 

         Remove the 5 bolts and rear bumper bar LH.

5. REMOVE REAR BUMPER BAR RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

6. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ARM LH

   
   

   1. w/o Under Guard:

      
      

      1. 

         Remove the 2 bolts and rear bumper arm LH from the rear bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.

   2. w/o Under Guard:

      
      

      1. 

         Remove the 2 bolts and rear bumper arm LH from the rear bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.

7. REMOVE REAR BUMPER ARM RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.
