REAR BUMPER REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL REAR BUMPER ARM LH

   
   

   1. w/o Under Guard:

      
      

      1. 

         Install the rear bumper arm LH to the rear bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

         Torque:

         45 N*m  { 459 kgf*cm, 33 ft.*lbf }

   2. w/ Under Guard:

      
      

      1. 

         Install the rear bumper arm LH to the rear bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

         Torque:

         45 N*m  { 459 kgf*cm, 33 ft.*lbf }

2. INSTALL REAR BUMPER ARM RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

3. INSTALL REAR BUMPER BAR LH

   
   

   1. w/o Under Guard:

      
      

      1. 

         Install the rear bumper bar LH with the 5 bolts.

         Torque:

         5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

   2. w/ Under Guard:

      
      

      1. 

         Install the rear bumper bar LH with the 5 bolts.

         Torque:

         5.0 N*m  { 51 kgf*cm, 44 in.*lbf }

4. INSTALL REAR BUMPER BAR RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

5. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PLATE LH

   
   

   1. 

      Install in this Direction

      Attach the claw and clip to install the rear bumper plate LH as shown in the illustration.

6. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PLATE RH

   Tech Tips

   Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

7. INSTALL REAR BUMPER PLATE

   
   

   1. w/o Under Guard:

      
      

      1. Attach the claw to install the rear bumper plate as shown in the illustration.

         

         Install in this Direction

         -

   2. w/ Under Guard:

      
      

      1. Attach the claw to install the rear bumper plate as shown in the illustration.

         

         Install in this Direction
