DESCRIPTION

Moving the shift lever to M or E enables the gear selection. The driver can select gears optionally by operating the "+" or "-" paddle switch.

  2. READ VALUE USING GTS (SPORT SHIFT UP SW / SPORT SHIFT DOWN SW)

    1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

    2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

    3. Turn the GTS on.

    4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Multi-Mode M/T / Data List.

    5. In accordance with the display on the GTS, read the Data List.

  6. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (SPIRAL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY - BODY GROUND)

    1. Disconnect the negative (-) terminal cable from the battery.

    2. Wait for at least 90 seconds.

    3. Remove the steering wheel assembly.

    4. Remove the steering column cover.

    5. Disconnect the spiral cable sub-assembly connector.

    6. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
