Daytime Running Light System (Models with Daytime Running Light System)
The daytime running light system is designed to automatically illuminate the daytime running lights during the daytime to keep the vehicle highly visible to other vehicles.
Light Auto Turn-off System (Models with Automatic Light Control System)
The light auto turn-off system is used to prevent the driver from leaving the vehicle with the headlights, front fog lights*, rear fog light, clearance lights, taillights or license plate lights on.
*: Models with front fog lights
Manual Headlight Beam Level Control System
When the vehicle posture changes in accordance with the number (weight) of passengers and volume of luggage, this system makes it possible to adjust the low beam level (11-steps) manually to the appropriate level. The low beam level is adjusted using the headlight leveling switch.
Automatic Light Control System (Models with Automatic Light Control System)
When the light control switch is in the AUTO position, the automatic light control sensor detects the ambient light level and automatically turns the headlights, taillights, clearance lights and license plate lights on or off accordingly.
Emergency Brake Signal System
The hazard warning signal lights flash automatically in the case of emergency braking to alert following drivers, thus helping to reduce rear-end accidents.
Follow Me Home System (Models with Automatic Light Control System)
The follow me home system turns on the headlights (low beams) when the vehicle is parked in order to ensure visibility at night.
