  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE LAP BELT OUTER ANCHOR COVER

  2. REMOVE REAR DOOR TRIM BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    Click here

  3. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

  4. REMOVE FRONT SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH (for Shoulder Anchor)

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the shoulder anchor of the front seat outer belt assembly LH.

  5. REMOVE REAR DOOR FRAME GARNISH LH

  6. REMOVE QUARTER WINDOW GLASS LH

    Note


    • When separating the glass from the vehicle, be careful not to damage the vehicle's paint or interior/exterior ornaments.

    • Procedures must be performed with 2 people, where the second person supports the window.


    1. Release the quarter window lock assembly LH.

      Remove the 2 bolts.

    3. B0026BP

      Remove the 2 nuts and quarter window glass LH.

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 QUARTER WINDOW GLASS SPACER


    1. Using a scraper, remove the No. 2 quarter window glass spacer and double-sided tape sticking to the quarter window glass LH.

  8. REMOVE QUARTER WINDOW LOCK ASSEMBLY LH

    *1 Quarter Window Hinge Retainer LH
    *2 Bush
    *3 Screw

    1. Remove the screw, bush, quarter window hinge retainer LH and quarter window lock assembly LH.

  9. REMOVE QUARTER WINDOW HINGE LH

      *1 Quarter Window Hinge LH
      *2 Bush
      *3 Quarter Window hinge Retainer
      *4 Washer
      *5 Screw

      Remove the 2 screws, 2 washers, 2 quarter window hinge retainers, 2 bushes and 2 quarter window hinge LH.

  10. REMOVE QUARTER WINDOW WEATHERSTRIP LH

  11. REMOVE FRONT QUARTER WINDOW WEATHERSTRIP LH

      *a Back of Quarter Window Glass LH

      Using a scraper, remove the front quarter window weatherstrip LH and double-sided tape sticking to the quarter window glass LH.

    2. Clean the outer edges of the quarter window glass LH with non-residue solvent.

      Note

      Even if using a new quarter window glass LH, clean it with non-residue solvent.
