REAR CENTER SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY(for Double Cab) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL SEAT BELT BRACKET

   
   

   1. 

      Install the seat belt bracket with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      31 N*m  { 316 kgf*cm, 23 ft.*lbf }

2. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT 3 POINT TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. 

      *a	Bolt A
      *b	Bolt B

      Attach the 2 guides and temporarily install the rear center seat 3 point type belt assembly with the 2 bolts.

   2. Tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:

      for Bolt A

      12.5 N*m  { 127 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

      for Bolt B

      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

   3. 

      Attach the guide and install the through anchor assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:

      42 N*m  { 428 kgf*cm, 31 ft.*lbf }

3. INSTALL SEAT BELT RETRACTOR COVER

   
   

   1. 

      Push in this Direction

      Push the seat belt retractor cover as shown in the illustration and attach the 2 guides to install the seat belt retractor cover.

4. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE

   
   

   1. 

      Attach the guide and temporarily install the rear seat shoulder belt guide with the 2 bolts.

   2. Tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque:

      31 N*m  { 316 kgf*cm, 23 ft.*lbf }

5. INSTALL UPPER BACK PANEL GARNISH

6. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK HOLDER

7. INSTALL TETHER ANCHOR BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY
