  1. INSPECT COOLER SWITCH

    Component without harness connected

    (Cooler Switch (air conditioning switch))
    *b ON
    *c OFF

    1. Check the cooler switch resistance.


      1. Using an ohmmeter, measure the resistance and check the results in accordance with the values in the table below.

        Standard Resistance
        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        5 - 6 Cooler Switch OFF 10 kΩ or higher
        5 - 6 Cooler Switch ON Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the cooler switch (air conditioning switch).
