FRONT SIDE WINDOW GLASS REASSEMBLY

Note

Do not strongly grip the metal plate that runs along the outside of the glass. This will deform the part.

  1. INSTALL FRONT SIDE WINDOW SLIDER LH

    1. Install the 2 front side window slider LH.

  2. INSTALL FRONT SIDE WINDOW WEATHERSTRIP LH

    1. Align the markings of the front side window weatherstrip LH with the center of each side of the opening, and then insert the slide door window run against the rib.

      Note


      • Install the front side window weatherstrip LH, in the order as shown in the illustration.

      • Insert the front side window weatherstrip LH from the outer side toward the inner side in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration.

    2. B007SJA

      Insert the center points of the corners of the front side window weatherstrip LH.

    3. B007VCOE01

      Insert the front side window weatherstrip LH from the center of the top and bottom sides toward the center of the front and rear sides in the order indicated by the arrows shown in the illustration.

    4. B007RZR

      Visually check the outside edge and confirm that the front side window weatherstrip LH is properly installed.

      Note

      Make sure that the front side window weatherstrip LH is fully inserted.

    5. Tilt the rear slide door window glass LH forward and insert the front bottom pin into the lower rail.

    6. Return the rear slide door window glass LH to a position parallel with the rails and insert the front upper pin into the upper rail.

    7. Slide the rear slide door window glass LH and while pushing the knob, insert the rear pins into the rail.

      Note

      Press the upper metal spring while inserting the part to prevent the metal spring from catching on the slider.

  3. INSTALL FRONT SIDE WINDOW RAIL COVER LH

    1. Fully close the rear slide door window glass LH.

      Note

      Check that the rear pin is protruding from the hole in the center of the rail.

    2. Attach the claw to install the front side rail cover LH.
