THERMOSTAT(for Automatic Transmission) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN COOLANT

    Click here

  2. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD

    Click here

  3. DISCONNECT WATER HOSE


    1. A004KYX

      Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the water hose from the water inlet housing.

  4. DISCONNECT WATER INLET HOUSING


    1. A004JLU

      Remove the 2 bolts and water inlet housing.

  5. REMOVE THERMOSTAT


    1. Remove the thermostat.

    2. Remove the gasket from the thermostat.
