HV RELAY ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HV BATTERY JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY

    CAUTION:

    Wear insulated gloves.


    1. Install the HV battery junction block assembly to the upper No. 6 HV battery carrier bracket with the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

      Note

      If the HV battery junction block assembly has been dropped, replace it with a new one.

    2. A01O99JN01

      Using an insulated tool, install the hybrid battery terminal block with the 3 nuts.

      Torque:
      Bolt (A)
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }
      Bolt (B)
      9.0 N*m  { 92 kgf*cm, 80 in.*lbf }
    3. B004ETR

      Connect the 2 HV battery junction block assembly connectors.

      Note

      Make sure that the connectors are connected securely.

      Connect the 2 HV battery junction block assembly connectors.

      Note

      Make sure that the connectors are connected securely.

  2. INSTALL UPPER NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. CONNECT FRAME WIRE

  4. INSTALL NO. 4 HV BATTERY SHIELD PANEL

  5. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR CROSSMEMBER BRACE LH

    Click here

  6. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 FLOOR CROSSMEMBER BRACE RH

    Click here

  7. INSTALL REAR LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER

    Click here

  8. INSTALL FRONT LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM COVER

  9. INSTALL SERVICE PLUG GRIP
