RADIATOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORT

   1. Install the 2 lower radiator supports to the radiator assembly.

2. INSTALL RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION

   1. Install the 2 radiator support cushions to the radiator assembly.

3. INSTALL RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

   1. Engage the 2 guides.

   2. Engage the claw.

   3. Install the fan shroud assembly to the radiator assembly with the bolt.

      7.5 N*m

      76 kgf*cm

      66 in.*lbf

      Note:

      Do not damage the radiator assembly when installing the fan shroud assembly.

   4. Connect the radiator reserve tank hose to the radiator assembly.

   5. Engage the 2 guides to install the radiator assembly with the fan shroud assembly to the condenser assembly.

      Note:

      • Make sure not to damage the condenser assembly or radiator assembly when installing the radiator assembly.

      • Do not apply excessive force to the condenser assembly or pipe when installing the radiator assembly.

   6. Install the front cross member sub-assembly with the 6 bolts.

      5.5 N*m

      56 kgf*cm

      49 in.*lbf

   7. Install the 2 bolts.

      9.8 N*m

      100 kgf*cm

      87 in.*lbf

   8. Engage the wire harness clamp.

   9. Connect the cooling fan motor connector.

4. CONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

5. CONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE

   1. Connect the No. 1 radiator hose and slide the clip to secure it.

6. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL

   1. Engage the 3 claws.

   2. Install the No. 1 radiator side air seal with the clip.

7. INSTALL FRONT LOWER BUMPER ABSORBER

   1. Install the lower bumper absorber with the 10 bolts.

8. INSTALL FRONT UPPER BUMPER SUPPORT

   1. Install the front upper bumper support with the 6 clips.

9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

10. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

11. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK
