PROCEDURE

  1. CHECK SPEAKER

    1. Check the malfunctioning speakers.

    INSPECT REAR SPEAKER ASSEMBLYClick here

  2. INSPECT FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the front No. 1 speaker assembly (Click here).

    2. Inspect the front No. 1 speaker assembly (Click here).

    REPLACE FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER - FRONT NO. 1 SPEAKER)

    1. Disconnect the H11 radio receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the J2*1 and/or K2*2 front No. 1 speaker assembly connector.

      • *1: for RH Side

      • *2: for LH Side

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

    REPLACE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY

    REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR

  4. INSPECT REAR SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the rear speaker assembly (Click here).

    2. Inspect the rear speaker assembly (Click here).

    REPLACE REAR SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

  5. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER - REAR SPEAKER)

    1. Disconnect the H2 radio receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the L5*1 and/or M5*2 rear speaker assembly connector.

      • *1: for RH Side

      • *2: for LH Side

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
