TURBOCHARGER (w/ EGR Cooler) DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (for Waste Gate Type Turbocharger)


    1. Disconnect the actuator hose.

    2. A01DYPNE01

      Using SST, apply pressure to the actuator.

      Note

      Never apply more than 156 kPa (1.60 kgf/cm2, 23 psi) of pressure to the actuator.

    3. A01E2Y3

      Remove the 2 bolts, plate washers, E-ring and actuator.
