CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER(for Diesel) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE BATTERY BRACKET REINFORCEMENT

    for 1AD-FTV:

    w/ Stop And Start System (Click here)

    w/o Stop And Start System (Click here)

    for 2AD-FTV:

    Click here

  2. DISCONNECT CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER TO FLEXIBLE HOSE TUBE

    1. Using a union nut wrench, disconnect the clutch release cylinder to flexible hose tube labeled A from the clutch release cylinder assembly.

      Tip:

      Use a container to catch the fluid.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and disconnect the clutch release cylinder to flexible hose tube.

  3. REMOVE CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the 2 bolts, clutch release cylinder assembly and No. 1 clutch tube bracket.
