  3. INSPECT BATTERY VOLTAGE

    1. Measure the battery voltage with the ignition switch off.

      Standard voltage

      11 to 14 V

      If the voltage is below 11 V, replace or recharge the battery before proceeding to the next step.

  4. CHECK AUDIO AND VISUAL SYSTEM*

    1. Refer to DTC Check/Clear procedures of the audio and visual system.

  5. CHECK FOR DTC*

    1. Check for DTCs and note any codes that are output.

    2. Clear the DTC

    3. Recheck for DTCs. Try to prompt the DTC by simulating the original activity that the DTC suggests.
