PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. B445045

      Install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly with the 8 bolts.

      50 N*m

      510 kgf*cm

      37 ft.*lbf

    2. Engage each clamp.

  2. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

    1. B445044

      Engage the 6 guides to install the front bumper energy absorber.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

      Bolt

      *b

      Screw

      Engage the 3 claws.

    2. Install the front bumper side support LH with the bolt and screw.

      Bolt

      5.4 N*m

      55 kgf*cm

      48 in.*lbf

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER LH

    1. B445042

      Engage the 2 guides and 8 claws.

    2. B445041

      Install the fog light cover LH with the 2 screws.

  6. INSTALL FOG LIGHT COVER RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  8. INSTALL FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  9. INSTALL LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE

      Engage the 4 guides and 17 claws.

    2. B444968

      Install the lower No. 1 radiator grille with the 2 screws.

  10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER

      Hook

      Engage the hook.

    2. Engage the 2 claws to install the front bumper hole cover.

  11. INSTALL FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

    1. B444966

      Engage the claw to install the front fender liner retainer.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  12. INSTALL NO. 5 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

    1. Engage each clamp to install the No. 5 engine room wire.

  13. INSTALL FRONT CENTER ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  15. INSTALL FRONT SIDE ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Simple Intelligent Parking Assist System)

  16. INSTALL HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    1. Engage the 6 clamps to install the headlight cleaner hose.

  17. INSTALL NO. 2 HEADLIGHT CLEANER CLAMP (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  18. INSTALL NO. 1 HEADLIGHT CLEANER CLAMP (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure for the No. 2 headlight cleaner clamp.

  19. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  20. INSTALL HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
