RADIO ANTENNA CORD(for Wagon) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL ASSEMBLY

   Click here

2. REMOVE RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (w/ Radio Receiver)

   Click here

3. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Instrument Panel Side)

   1. for LHD without Digital Audio Broadcasting Antenna:

      1. Disconnect each connector.

         

         *A

         w/o Radio Receiver

         -

         -

      2. Remove the bolt.

      3. Disengage the 6 clamps and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

   2. for LHD with Digital Audio Broadcasting Antenna:

      1. Disconnect each connector.

         

      2. Remove the bolt.

      3. Disengage the 6 clamps and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

   3. for RHD without Digital Audio Broadcasting Antenna:

      1. Disconnect each connector.

         

         *A

         w/o Radio Receiver

         -

         -

      2. Remove the bolt.

      3. Disengage the 5 clamps and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

   4. for RHD with Digital Audio Broadcasting Antenna:

      1. Disconnect each connector.

         

      2. Remove the bolt.

      3. Disengage the 5 clamps and remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

4. REMOVE ROOF HEADLINING ASSEMBLY

   Click here

5. REMOVE NO. 3 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

   1. Disengage the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly from the notch of the roof headlining assembly.

      

      *A	for Standard Roof	*B	for Glass Roof
      *a	Notch	-	-
      	Adhesive Tape		Front

   2. Remove the adhesive tape from the roof headlining assembly.

   3. Remove the No. 3 antenna cord sub-assembly from the roof headlining assembly.

6. REMOVE NO. 2 ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Digital Audio Broadcasting Antenna)

   

   1. Disconnect the connector.

   2. Disengage the 6 clamps to remove the No. 2 antenna cord sub-assembly.
