HOOD DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT HOOD MOULDING PAD

  2. REMOVE FRONT HOOD MOULDING ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE HOOD TO RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL


    1. A01SELZ

      Using a clip remover, remove the 6 clips and hood to radiator support seal.

  4. REMOVE HOOD INSULATOR


    1. A01SCY3

      w/ Hood Bulge:


      1. Using a clip remover, remove the 10 clips.

      2. Detach the guide and remove the hood insulator.

    2. A01SDUC

      w/ Hood Insulator:


      1. Using a clip remover, remove the 12 clips.

      2. Detach the guide and remove the hood insulator.

  5. REMOVE HOOD AIR INTAKE SEAL (w/ Hood Bulge)


    1. A01SDRV

      Detach the clip and remove the hood air intake seal.

  6. REMOVE HOOD BULGE (w/ Hood Bulge)


    1. A01SAI5

      Remove the 11 nuts.

    2. Detach the clip and remove the hood bulge.

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 HOOD BULGE PROTECTOR (w/ Hood Bulge)


    1. A01LC45

      Remove the No. 1 hood bulge protector from the hood bulge.

      Note

      Remove any remaining double-sided tape from the hood bulge.

  8. REMOVE WASHER NOZZLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  9. DISCONNECT WASHER HOSE


    1. A01SCHH

      Detach the clamp and disconnect the washer hose.
