BRAKE PEDAL(for LHD) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE CLUTCH PEDAL STOPPER BOLT (for Manual Transaxle)

      Loosen the clutch pedal stopper nut and remove the clutch pedal stopper bolt and clutch pedal stopper nut.

  2. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)

    1. Remove the brake pedal shaft, nut, brake pedal sub-assembly and clutch pedal sub-assembly from the brake pedal support sub-assembly.

  3. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR (for Manual Transaxle)

    1. Remove the 2 brake pedal shaft collars from the brake pedal sub-assembly and clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  4. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL BUSHING (for Manual Transaxle)

    1. Remove the 4 brake pedal bushings from the brake pedal sub-assembly and clutch pedal sub-assembly.

  5. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Multi-Mode Manual Transaxle)

    1. Remove the brake pedal shaft, nut and brake pedal sub-assembly from the brake pedal support sub-assembly.

  6. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR (for Multi-Mode Manual Transaxle)

    1. Remove the brake pedal shaft collar from the brake pedal sub-assembly.

  7. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL BUSHING (for Multi-Mode Manual Transaxle)

    1. Remove the 2 brake pedal bushings from the brake pedal sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE BRAKE PEDAL PAD

    1. Remove the brake pedal pad from the brake pedal sub-assembly.
