PCV VALVE INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL VENTILATION SYSTEM GROMMET

    1. Install the ventilation system grommet to the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.

  2. INSTALL PCV VALVE (VENTILATION VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY)

    1. Install the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly) to the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.

  3. INSTALL VENTILATION HOSE

    1. Install the ventilation hose to the PCV valve (ventilation valve sub-assembly) and cylinder head cover sub-assembly and slide the 2 clips to secure them.

  4. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY
