LOAD SENSING PROPORTIONING VALVE (w/o VSC) REASSEMBLY


  1. INSTALL LOAD SENSING SPRING

    1. Install the valve boot and spring boot to the spring.

    2. Install the 2 rubber plates, 2 collars and 4 bushes to the spring.

      Note


      • Apply lithium soap base glycol grease to all contact surfaces.

      • Make sure the valve side and shackle side of the spring are installed properly.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 AND NO. 2 SHACKLES


    1. Install the adjusting nut and No. 2 shackle to the No. 1 shackle.

    2. Tighten the lock nut.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 127 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

    3. Install the No. 1 shackle (with the No. 2 shackle) to the spring.

    4. Install the 2 plate washers, bolt and nut.

  3. INSTALL LOAD SENSING SPRING ASSEMBLY

    1. Using pliers, install the spring to the valve body with the clip.

  4. INSTALL LOAD SENSING VALVE BRACKET

    1. Install the bracket to the valve.

  5. INSTALL REAR FLEXIBLE HOSE BRACKET

    1. Install the bracket and valve set plate to the valve with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      13 N*m  { 127 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }
