NAVIGATION RECEIVER INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • A bolt without a torque specification is shown in the standard bolt chart Click here.

  • When replacing the navigation receiver assembly, it is necessary to perform the vehicle contract setting for smart GBOOK ( Click here).


  1. INSTALL NO. 2 RADIO BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 2 radio bracket to the navigation receiver assembly with the 3 screws.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIO BRACKET


    1. Install the No. 1 radio bracket to the navigation receiver assembly with the 3 screws.

  3. INSTALL NAVIGATION RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET


    1. Connect all the connectors.

    2. Attach the wire harness clamp.

    3. Insert the navigation receiver assembly with bracket to attach the 2 clips on its backside.

      Note

      When inserting the navigation receiver assembly, do not press the knobs on it.

    4. Install the navigation receiver assembly with bracket with the 4 screws.

  4. INSTALL CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY


    1. for Manual Air Conditioning System:


      1. Connect the connectors.

      2. Attach the 4 claws to connect the air conditioner control.

      3. Attach the 10 claws and 4 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.

    2. for Automatic Air Conditioning System:


      1. Connect the connectors.

      2. Attach the 8 claws and 4 clips to install the center instrument cluster finish panel.

  5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
