VALVEMATIC SHAFT SENSOR(w/ Canister Pump Module) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE NO. 2 CYLINDER HEAD COVER

  2. REMOVE VALVEMATIC SHAFT SENSOR (CAMSHAFT POSITION SENSOR)


    1. B008J22

      Disconnect the VALVEMATIC shaft sensor (camshaft position sensor) connector.

    2. Remove the bolt and VALVEMATIC shaft sensor (camshaft position sensor) from the cylinder head cover sub-assembly.

      Note

      If the VALVEMATIC shaft sensor (camshaft position sensor) has been struck or dropped, replace it.
