NAVIGATION ECU REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. PRECAUTION

    Note

    After turning the power switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal notices before proceeding with work Click here.

  2. REMOVE DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 DECK BOARD

    Click here

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 DECK BOARD

    Click here

  5. REMOVE REAR DECK FLOOR BOX

    Click here

  6. REMOVE DECK FLOOR BOX RH

    Click here

  7. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE AUXILIARY BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.

  8. REMOVE INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL

  9. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

  11. REMOVE RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET

  12. REMOVE NO. 1 NAVIGATION WIRE

      Disconnect each connector to remove the No. 1 navigation wire.

  13. REMOVE ANTENNA CORD SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the clamp.

    2. Disconnect the 2 connectors to remove the antenna cord sub-assembly.

  14. REMOVE NO. 1 RADIO RECEIVER BRACKET
