DESCRIPTION

The door window regulator assemblies are operated by the power window regulator master switch assembly, power window regulator switch assembly or rear power window regulator switch assemblies. The door window regulator assembly has motor, regulator and ECU functions.

When the ECU determines that the door window regulator assembly has not been initialized, DTC B2313 is stored.

Note:

DTC B2313 is stored in each door window regulator assembly (power window ECU).
If the battery is disconnected while the ignition switch is ON, DTC B2313 is stored.
If a door window regulator assembly has been replaced with a new one, initialize the power window control system.

PROCEDURE

PERFORM INITIALIZATION (APPLICABLE LOCATION)

Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Initialize the door window regulator assembly.

Tip:
Initialize the door window regulator assembly that has DTC B2313 stored in its ECU.

Proceed to
NEXT

Turn the Ignition switch off.
Wait for at least 10 seconds, and then turn the ignition switch to ON.
Check for DTCs.
