PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT PROTECTOR

    1. Attach the claw to install the protector.

  2. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT PROTECTOR LH

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the protector.

  3. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT LAP TYPE BELT ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE

    1. Attach the guide and claw to install the belt guide.

  5. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK EDGE PROTECTOR

    1. Install the protector to the seatback frame.

  6. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER RH

    Hog Ring Pliers

    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover to the seatback pad with new hog rings.

      Note:

      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

  7. INSTALL SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD

    1. Connect the outer belt to the seatback cover with pad.

    2. Attach the hook.

    3. Using hog ring pliers, install the seatback cover with pad with new hog rings.

  8. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK STRIKER

    1. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, install the striker.

  9. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK STRIKER PROTECTOR

    1. Install the protector to the striker.

  10. INSTALL REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT COVER

    1. Connect the outer belt to the cover.

    2. Attach the 3 claws to install the cover.

    3. Install the screw.

  11. INSTALL SEAT BELT ANCHOR COVER CAP

    1. Attach the 2 guides and 2 claws to install the cap.

  12. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT ASSEMBLY

    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 supports.

  13. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK STOP BUTTON GROMMET

    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the grommet.

  14. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK RELEASE BUTTON

    1. Install the release button as shown in the illustration.

    1. While moving the release button in the direction of the arrow in the illustration, attach it to the grommet.

    2. Install the seatback lock with the 2 bolts.

      Using hog ring pliers, install 4 new hog rings.

    1. Attach the 2 hooks to install the cover.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  17. INSTALL CENTER NO. 2 SEATBACK COVER

    1. Attach the 2 claws to install the cover.

    2. Install the screw.

  18. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK LEVER RH

    1. Install the wire to the lever.

    2. Install the lever and wire as a unit.

    3. Install the pin as shown in the illustration.

    4. Install a new E-ring.

  19. INSTALL REAR BACK LOCK CONTROL LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Attach the claw and guide and install the control lever with the 2 screws.

  20. INSTALL REAR SEAT LOCK ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Install the lock with the 2 bolts.

    2. Attach the clamp to connect the wire.

  21. INSTALL REAR NO. 1 SEAT NO. 2 SIDE PLATE

      Attach the 3 claws to install the plate.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  22. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT

    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the 2 supports.

  23. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK BOARD SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Attach the 4 claws and 3 clips to install the board.

  24. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK LOCK COVER

    1. Move the cover in the direction of the arrow to attach the clip and 2 guides.

    2. Attach the claw.

  25. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK COVER

    1. Attach the 4 claws to install the cover.

  26. INSTALL NO. 2 CUP HOLDER ASSEMBLY RH

    1. Install the 2 cup holders.

  27. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT ARMREST ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the bush.

    2. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, install the armrest and 2 bushes with the 2 "TORX" bolts.

  28. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK STAY COVER RH

    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the cover.

  29. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK STAY COVER LH

    1. Attach the 3 claws to install the cover.

  30. INSTALL CENTER SEAT HINGE COVER

    1. Attach the claw to install the cover with the screw.

    2. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, install the bush and hinge with the "TORX" bolt.

  31. INSTALL REAR CENTER SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY

    1. Install the headrest.

  32. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK ASSEMBLY

    1. Temporarily install the center seatback with the bush and 3 "TORX" bolts.

    2. Using a T40 "TORX" socket wrench, tighten the 2 "TORX" bolts.

    3. Using a T45 "TORX" socket wrench, tighten the "TORX" bolt.

  33. INSTALL CENTER SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Attach the 2 guides and install the cover with the screw.

    1. Attach the 2 guides and install the cover with the screw.

    1. Attach the guide and 3 clips to install the board.

  37. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG COVER

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for both covers.

  38. INSTALL REAR SEAT LEG BRACKET COVER

    1. Attach the 2 guides and 4 claws to install the cover.

      Tip:

  39. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION BAND

    1. Tie the rear seat cushion band to the seat cushion frame wire as shown in the illustration and hook the rubber band of the rear seat cushion band onto the seat cushion lock wire to install the rear seat cushion band.

      Tip:

      Make sure the lock can be released properly.

  40. INSTALL SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

    Hog Ring Pliers

    1. Using hog ring pliers, install the seat cushion cover to the seat cushion pad with new hog rings.

      Note:

      • Be careful not to damage the cover.

      • When installing the hog rings, avoid wrinkling the cover.

  41. INSTALL NO. 1 SEAT CUSHION COVER RH

    1. Install the cover to the seat cushion pad with new tack pins.

  42. INSTALL SEAT CUSHION COVER WITH PAD

    1. Attach the hooks to install the seat cushion cover with pad.

    2. Connect the seat cushion band to the seat cushion cover.

  43. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION UNDER COVER RH

    1. Attach the hooks to install the cover.

  44. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK PROTECTOR

    1. Attach the 2 hooks to install the protector.

    2. Install the 2 screws.

  45. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION

    1. Install the 2 cushions with the 2 screws.
