  1. DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT

    Click here

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  3. REMOVE AIR CLEANER CAP WITH AIR CLEANER HOSE

    Click here

  4. REMOVE BATTERY

    Click here

  5. REMOVE FUEL PUMP PROTECTOR

    Click here

  6. REMOVE EGR PIPE CONNECTOR

    Click here

  7. REMOVE NO. 2 EGR PIPE

    Click here

  8. DISCONNECT ENGINE WIRE

  9. REMOVE EGR VALVE WITH COOLER ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 1 water by-pass hose from the EGR cooler assembly.

    2. B0086JP

      Remove the 2 nuts and EGR cooler assembly from the EGR valve assembly.

    3. B0089KQ

      Remove the EGR valve gasket from the EGR valve assembly.
