ENGINE IMMOBILISER SYSTEM SYSTEM DIAGRAM

• Distinguishes and verifies the ID code from the door control receiver and sends signals to the power management control ECU, transmission control ECU assembly, etc. in response to operated functions.

• Performs code communication with the ID code box (immobiliser code ECU) and transmission control ECU assembly when the hybrid control system is started.

• Performs hybrid control system start control, gearshift control, etc. together with the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly), transmission control ECU assembly and ID code box (immobiliser code ECU) via LIN communication.

• Controls the indicator light built into the power switch.

• Receives immobiliser unset commands from the ID code box (immobiliser code ECU) and hybrid control system start request signals from the power management control ECU and starts the hybrid control system.

• Sends power switch operation signals to the power management control ECU.

• Uses the built-in transponder key amplifier to receive the ID code from the key when the transmitter battery is depleted, and sends the code to the certification ECU (smart key ECU assembly).
