ЖГУТ ЭЛЕКТРОПРОВОДКИ ТРАНСМИССИИ УСТАНОВКА


  1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION WIRE


    1. Coat a new O-ring with ATF, and install it to the transmission wire.

    2. Install the transmission wire to the automatic transmission assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:
      16 N*m  { 160 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf }

  2. CONNECT TRANSMISSION WIRE


    1. Connect the 4 connectors to the 4 shift solenoid valves.

    2. Install the clamp with the bolt to the transmission valve body assembly.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION OIL PAN SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. B007VCY

      Install the 2 transmission oil cleaner magnets to the locations indicated in the illustration.

      Note

      Be careful not to spill oil on the contacting surfaces of the transmission case sub-assembly and automatic transmission oil pan sub-assembly.

    2. B007SFT

      Install a new automatic transmission oil pan gasket and the automatic transmission oil pan sub-assembly with the 14 bolts.

      Torque:
      4.4 N*m  { 45 kgf*cm, 39 in.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL TRANSMISSION OIL FILLER TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Coat a new O-ring with ATF, and install it to the transmission oil filler tube sub-assembly.

    2. Install the transmission oil filler tube sub-assembly with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

    3. Install the oil level dipstick.

  5. ADD AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID

    Fluid type
    Toyota Genuine ATF Type T-IV

  6. INSTALL TRANSMISSION OIL LEVEL GAUGE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the transmission oil level gauge sub-assembly.

  7. CHECK AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID LEVEL
