  1. INSPECT MAP LIGHT ASSEMBLY

    Component without harness connected

    (Map Light Assembly)

    1. Check the map light assembly operation.


      1. Apply battery voltage to the terminals and check that the light comes on.

        OK:
        Condition Switch Condition Specified Condition

        Battery positive (+) - 2 (+B)

        Battery negative (-) - 1 (GND)

        		 Map light switch ON Map light comes on

        Battery positive (+) - 2 (+B)

        Battery negative (-) - 3 (DOOR SW)

        		 Map light switch DOOR Map light comes on

        If the result is not specified, replace the map light bulb or map light assembly.
