Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for both the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL HEADLIGHT GASKET


    1. A004HLT

      Install a new headlight gasket.

  2. INSTALL HEADLIGHT LIGHT CONTROL ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A004HKE

      Connect the connector.

    2. A004J5Q

      Install the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly with 4 screws.

  3. INSTALL DISCHARGE HEADLIGHT BULB


    1. Install the discharge headlight bulb.

      Note

      Do not touch the bulb glass.

      Lock the set spring indicated by the arrow in the order shown in the illustration.

    3. A004JXI

      Turn the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly socket in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to connect the headlight light control ECU sub-assembly socket.

  4. INSTALL HEADLIGHT COVER


    1. A004HDF

      Turn the headlight cover in the direction indicated by the arrow in the illustration to install it.
