OIL PUMP DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE OIL PUMP COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. A001TWW

      Remove the 4 bolts and oil pump cover sub-assembly from the oil pump body.

  2. REMOVE OIL PUMP ROTOR SET


    1. A001TM6

      Remove the oil pump drive rotor and oil pump driven rotor from the oil pump body.

  3. REMOVE OIL PUMP RELIEF VALVE


    1. A001WEJC02
      *1 Oil Pump Relief Valve
      *2 Oil Pump Relief Valve Spring
      *3 Oil Pump Relief Valve Plug

      Using a 27 mm socket wrench, remove the oil pump relief valve plug from the oil pump body.

    2. Remove the oil pump relief valve spring and oil pump relief valve from the oil pump body.
