PROCEDURE


  1. INSPECT OCCUPANT DETECTION SENSOR (SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD RH) (for LHD)

      Component without harness connected

      (Occupant Detection Sensor (Separate Type Front Seat Cushion Pad RH))

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 - 3 Front passenger seat occupied Below 100 Ω
      Front passenger seat not occupied 1 MΩ or higher

      If the result is not as specified, replace the occupant detection sensor (separate type front seat cushion pad RH).

  2. INSPECT OCCUPANT DETECTION SENSOR (SEPARATE TYPE FRONT SEAT CUSHION PAD LH) (for RHD)
