INPUT SHAFT DISASSEMBLY


  1. REMOVE SYNCHRONIZER RING NO.2

      Remove the synchronizer ring No.2.

  2. REMOVE INPUT SHAFT BEARING

      Remove the 13 input shaft bearings from the input shaft assembly.

  3. REMOVE INPUT SHAFT FRONT BEARING

      Using a snap ring expander, remove the snap ring.

    2. B007RN4

      Using SST and a press, remove the input shaft shim from the input shaft.
