DESCRIPTION

When the ignition switch is ON, the front door window regulator assembly (for front passenger door) is operated by the power window regulator switch assembly.

PROCEDURE

  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (DRIVER SIDE JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY - POWER WINDOW REGULATOR SWITCH ASSEMBLY)

    1. for LHD

      1. Disconnect the 3N driver side junction block assembly connector.

      2. Disconnect the G6 power window regulator switch assembly connector.

      3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection

        Condition

        Specified Condition

        3N-4 - G6-3 (B)

        Always

        Below 1 Ω

        3N-4 or G6-3 (B) - Body ground

        Always

        10 kΩ or higher

    2. for RHD

      1. Disconnect the 3N driver side junction block assembly connector.

      2. Disconnect the H6 power window regulator switch assembly connector.

      3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
