POWER BACK DOOR SYSTEM


  1. OUTLINE


    1. The power back door system enables the back door to be opened and closed automatically by a motor in accordance with signals from the back door control switch or the power back door button on an electrical key transmitter sub-assembly. In addition, a door control switch assembly has been provided on the back door for convenience.

    2. A spindle type power back door is used to achieve improved rearward visibility. Also, the user can set the opening angle of the back door in the preferences. For example, if the garage has a low ceiling, the opening angle of the back door can be set not to hit the ceiling.

    3. This system is controlled by the power back door ECU.
