FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION

Tech Tips


  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure described below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BRACKET


    1. Engage the 2 guides to temporarily install the front turn signal light bracket.

    2. Install the front turn signal light bracket with the 2 screws.

  2. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT BULB


    1. Install the front turn signal light bulb to the socket.

      Turn the front turn signal light plug assembly with the front turn signal light bulb in the direction indicated by the arrow shown in the illustration and install them as a unit.

  3. INSTALL FRONT TURN SIGNAL LIGHT ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the front turn signal light assembly with the 2 screws.

      Torque:
      2.0 N*m  { 20 kgf*cm, 18 in.*lbf }

    2. Engage each clamp.

    3. Connect the connector.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
