The radio and display receiver assembly receives a reverse signal from the park/neutral position switch assembly*1 or back-up light switch assembly*2.

PROCEDURE

  1. CHECK VEHICLE SIGNAL (DISPLAY CHECK MODE)

    1. E270655

      Enter the "Function Check/Setting I" mode and select "Vehicle Signal".

    2. Check that the display changes between ON and OFF according to the shift lever position.

  3. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (PARK/NEUTRAL POSITION SWITCH ASSEMBLY - RADIO AND DISPLAY RECEIVER ASSEMBLY AND BATTERY)

    1. Disconnect the B36*1 or B101*2 park/neutral position switch assembly connector.

      • *1: except 3ZR-FE, 2AR-FE

      • *2: for 3ZR-FE, 2AR-FE

    2. Disconnect the G143 radio and display receiver assembly connector.

    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

    2. Disconnect the G143 radio and display receiver assembly connector.

    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
