Tip:Perform "Inspection After Repairs" after replacing the engine coolant temperature sensor.

19 mm Ball Joint Lock Nut Wrench
Using a 19 mm ball joint lock nut wrench, install a new gasket and engine coolant temperature sensor.
Torque
Specified tightening torque
19.6 N*m (200 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf)
Tip:Calculate the torque wrench reading when changing the fulcrum length of the torque wrench.
When using ball joint lock nut wrench (fulcrum length of 150 mm (5.91 in.)) + torque wrench (fulcrum length of 162 mm (6.38 in.)): 10.2 N*m (104 kgf*cm, 8 ft.*lbf)
Connect the 2 ground wires with the 2 bolts.

Connect the engine coolant temperature sensor connector.

INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK
