VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL TRANSMISSION VALVE BODY ASSEMBLY


    1. B007U6R

      Align the groove of the manual valve with the pin of the manual valve lever.

    2. B007RM5E01

      Install the transmission valve body assembly with the 17 bolts.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

      Tech Tips

      Each bolt length is indicated below.

      Bolt A: 28 mm (1.10 in.)

      Bolt B: 30 mm (1.18 in.)

      Bolt C: 36 mm (1.42 in.)

      Bolt D: 45 mm (1.77 in.)

  2. INSTALL OVERDRIVE BRAKE TUBE


    1. Using a plastic-faced hammer, tap in the overdrive brake tube.

      Note

      Be careful not to bend or damage the tube.

  3. INSTALL VALVE BODY OIL STRAINER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install 3 new gaskets to the valve body oil strainer assembly.

    2. Install the valve body oil strainer assembly with the 3 bolts.

      Torque:
      5.4 N*m  { 55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf }

  4. CONNECT TRANSMISSION WIRE
