BATTERY BLOWER INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the battery cooling blower assembly with the 2 bolts and nut.

      Torque:
      7.5 N*m  { 76 kgf*cm, 66 in.*lbf }

      Note


      • Be careful not to touch the fan part of the battery cooling blower assembly.

      • Do not lift the battery cooling blower assembly using the wire harness.

    2. Connect the battery cooling blower assembly connector and engage the clamp.

  2. INSTALL NO. 3 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT


    1. Slide the No. 3 hybrid battery intake duct as shown in the illustration.

      Engage the 3 claws to install the No. 3 hybrid battery intake duct to the battery cooling blower assembly.

  3. INSTALL NO. 2 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT


    1. Install the No. 1 hybrid battery intake duct with the clip.

  5. INSTALL FRONT QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY RH
